I had a fairly mixed experience during my stay at Aspria Hamburg Uhlenhorst. The location was fantastic and I enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the heated outdoor pool. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired, especially in the restaurant and at the spa front desk, which made me feel quite unwelcome at times.
